The only aspect of what I understand is that we tend not to do email marketing. Guess quite a lot of those we support are in the early stages in their basic digital skills.

Hi Hazel, we are a small charity supporting people on the digital periphery where we use a number of channels of communication some offline. This permits word-of-mouth as a proxy to our services. Our clientele are generally older, disabled people who are as risk of loosing their independence because they are digitally excluded.
