Only 11% of eligible pensioners are expected to apply for Pension Credit & Winter Fuel Payments, despite offline options. Digital exclusion is still a barrier. Gov must partner with local authorities so that every pensioner gets the support they deserve & need to apply.

My carers parents are one of those, although they now know of the offline options. Government still needs to do more to reach those on the digital periphery.
