Why are we getting so much heat from wix.support on matters that appear to be their responsibility? There are only a handful of us regularly on this website? It's not as if this is a web-based store with a multinational remit?

It appears to be an income generation element to this, adn we don't use the website to it's fullest capacity, whch indirectly, reduces international reach. Of course, that is not we are about. We have had the site for over 8 years without any problems!
